After months of work, the Healthcare Committee is excited to announce that the Indianapolis City County Council will be voting on a resolution in support of Medicare for All on Monday, November 8th.

Join comrades from DSA, the PSL, and other supportive groups at a rally starting at 6:00 pm on Monument Circle – we will have a few speakers and a PA system provided by PSL.  At 6:30, we will march together from there to the City County Council building (which is only a few blocks away).

The City County Council meeting starts at 7:00 pm and we’ve been told the first order of business will be to approve our resolution via voice vote, so we expect it’ll be done within 15 minutes.

We’re expecting it to pass, but pass or not we should be able to cheer/boo our way out of the room by 7:30.
